We received our order yesterday after waiting almost 3.5 months for it to be delivered. In addition to waiting that long - we had to pay an additional $2.65 to the post office to cover the underpaid postage, I have had no responses to any of my emails in regards to the whereabouts of the order. I also have had zero response to my messages sent through Etsy (A last ditch effort to find out what was going on). I would say "better late than never"; however, the bandanas we received are incorrect. I am disappointed in the lack of communication, shipping time, and accuracy of our order. Your bandanas are beautiful, and we have ordered quite a few in the past. A simple response to one of my messages would have been so helpful because after all, we are just trying to support small businesses.
Please let me know how you would like to remedy the above issues of out of pocket postage and incorrect items. I have attached a photo of our order and what we received.
Please note that I am also a small business owner. I understand the stresses of it and the stresses of general life. I hope to be able to have a small conversation and to be able to continue supporting your small business. If we do not receive a response I will unfortunately be pushed to file formal complaints on your seller sites.
